At Little Panther Daycare & Preschool, we hire passionate, dedicated and caring teachers who are committed to making a difference in children’s lives. All of our staff is required to take a minimum of 6 hours of childhood education related training each year. Each of us are CPR & 1st Aid certified and Mandatory Abuse Reporters.
Amanda Sparks , Director- With a smile and a warm heart these assests make Amanda a great director! Amanda started at Little Panther in January 2025. She was the Infant Lead Teacher then became the Director, and On-Site Supervisor in July 2025.
Lexi Rhoten, Assistant Director-
Kinze Laabs, Cub Lead Teacher & On-Site Supervisor- Kinze has worked at Little Panther since August of 2019. Kinze is the Lead teacher in the Cub room.
Lydia Haung, Lead Teacher Caterpillar room- Lydia has worked at Little Panther since August 2025. She is the lead teacher in our infant room.
Rachel Cogil, Assistant Teacher- Rachel has worked at Little Panther since November 2021. She works part-time and can be found in the Cheetah or Panther room.
Hailey Meacham, Assistant Teacher- Hailey has worked at Little Panther since November 2020. She is a college student but works with us during her holiday breaks and summer. You can find Hailey in any one of our rooms.
Georgia Sheehy, Assistant Teacher- Georgia has worked at Little Panther since June 2022. She is a college student but works with us during her holiday breaks and summer. You can find Georgia in any one of our rooms.
Shelby Mincy, Assistant Teacher- Shelby has worked at Little Panther since June 2023. She is a college student but works with us during her holiday breaks and summer. You can usually find Shelby in the Butterfly, Cheetah, or Panther room.
Madison Hummel, Assistant Teacher- Madi has worked at Little Panther since June 2022. Madi is a college student but works with us during her holiday breaks and summer. You can usually find Madi in the Cub, Panda, or Butterfly room.
